Labelling guideline for Guaranteed 24-Service and Express dispatch
Supplement to the Shipping Guideline
In order to ensure the smooth parcel handling all necessary parcel labels must be filled in completely and easily readable.
All relevant parcel labels must be stuck onto the largest side of the parcel.

Guaranteed 24-Service
Guaranteed delivery all over Germany on the next working day by close of business
Use the special parcel labels with the number range xx75 yyyyyyy p for dispatch of Guaranteed 24-Service:
Please don’t forget to note the consignee’s phone number in the according field so that we can contact him if necessary.
To clearly mark your parcel as Guaranteed 24-Service, please use the additional green sticker and tape “Guaranteed 24-Service “:

Express dispatch
To make it even quicker: Express dispatch within Germany and Europe
If you opt for national or international Express dispatch with the services
please use the special Express parcel labels with the number range xx85 yyyyyyyp:
Please don’t forget to note the consignee’s phone number in the according field.
In order to indicate the service you wish* and to mark your parcel strikingly, always paste the additional sticker “Express” onto your parcel:
Here you mark the desired service. In case no service is indicated, we’ll deliver your parcel automatically on the next working day as follows:
- by 12 o'clock (national)
- by close of business (international).
In case you don’t want the parcel to be delivered to another person than indicated on the parcel label you can opt for AddresseeOnly-Service, ticking the according box on the additional sticker.
