GLS ParcelShop Shipping Guideline
Applicable parcel labels
Parcel sticker
The parcel sticker is availble at the GLS ParcelShops directly. The parcel label serves as an address label and as a receipt. It is important to fill in the parcel sticker legibly in capital letters or mechanically. All requested fields has to be filled in and the receipts has to be signed.
Parcel sticker "Mini"
A GLS mini parcel sticker must be used, to ensure clear allocation through the barcode. There are two additional labels on the mini parcel sticker. One of these labels must be used to attach to the copy for the customer. The other one must be attached to the copy for the ParcelShop operator. This procedure is necessary, to ensure tracking and tracing and to assist the customer in the event of queries.
Size sticker
Depending on the size of the parcel (XS-XL), the corresponding size label must be attached to the package.
Easy-Start Parcel Sticker
The Easy-Start parcel sticker can be printed online by the customer through www.gls-paketshop.de only. The parcel number and the parcel size are already included in the parcel sticker so that the parcel is transpotable. The ParcelShop only has to stick the ParcelShop ID on the parcel and sign the handover confirmation of the customer.
ShopReturn-Service parcel sticker
The ShopReturn-Service parcel sticker is already made available for the customer by the dispatcher. The customer can use this parcel sticker for the return of his parcels.
