- Retention of parcels at GLS Parcel Offices, held “depot restant” for direct collection by the recipient.
- Insurance included, up to a maximum of €690 and limited to the real value of the merchandise.
- Customer Service, also accessible by recipients, available 5 days a week, to provide all information about dispatched parcels.

Experience highly reliable and fast door-to-door parcel delivery with GLS in Germany. Your parcels are transported within a regular delivery time of shorter than 24 hrs countrywide (excl. Islands) and delivered from Monday till Friday during usual office hours.
