Then our Ident-Service hits the spot for you. We deliver your parcels only against proof of identification to the consignee. The signed documents will be returned to you after successful delivery. Thus this service offers a secure and reliable opportunity to contract with your client.
Ident-Service parcels will never be delivered to a person other than determined. Neither alternative delivery to a Parcel Shop nor permission to deposit is allowed - for the benefit of your security!
This service requires a dispatch system ensuring the transfer of necessary additional information.
How it works:
- Add the Ident-Service form, the instruction for identity check and documents to be signed by the consignee, using an exterior envelop.
- Before delivery, the driver checks whether the consignee’s identity papers correspond to the specifications you have given.
- If the papers do not correspond, the parcel will not be delivered. We will contact you immediately in order to clarify the further proceeding.
