To enable you - our private or small commercial customers - to also conveniently ship irregularly occurring parcel volumes with us, we have put a network of Parcel Shops in place according to the shop-in-shop system.
You can easily recognise the GLS Parcel Shops everywhere by their friendly logo with the laughing parcel. You will find them in the copy centres or stationary shops, at petrol stations, or in shopping centres – places which provide you the benefit of more flexible and longer opening hours. Just look out for it during your next shopping tour.
But if you need your parcel to be picked up by our courier, please call our closest depot, place an order and our GLS Van will be on the road for you soon!

Simple price calculation – the size counts
Whether it's GLS Parcel Shop or GLS Parcel Van, the price depends on the size of the parcel, not on the weight. This results in five different price categories: XS, S, M, L and XL.
The different price categories can be easily identified with a special tape measure by adding up the shortest and longest side.
