How to join us?

The recruitment process is always composed of several stages in which usually a representative of the HR Department, a potential superior and higher level superior participate.

The job applications sent to GLS Poland in a paper form are kept in accordance with the Act on the protection and processing of personal data. The applications sent in electronic form at  praca@gls-poland.com are automatically removed together with attachments  within 6 months after submitting.

All personal data of the candidates transferred to GLS Poland are processed only for the purpose of selection of candidates and employment with GLS Poland company which is the administrator of the said data as meant by the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 1997  No. 133, Item 883)

Recruitment process

Stage I – Selection and analysis of the applications

The first selection is based on applications received. We analyse information included in the curriculum vitae (cv), cover letter and attached references. The applications are reviewed  by verification of the documents taking into account qualifications and job experience with the requirements and profile of the position.

 

Stage II – Interview

The interview is an opportunity for candidate to present the skills, professional experience and plans for the future as well as to get to know the character of work and future employer.

Only the candidates whose professional profile conforms to the profile of the job offered are invited to this stage.

Stage III – Verification of predispositions and professional knowledge

At this stage knowledge and qualifications necessary to work on a given position is verified. It may be an interview where we ask questions concerning the content-related issues, we check the command of foreign languages or we ask for performance of tasks of future job. In case of certain positions that require special predispositions, we also use psychological tests and other tools for evaluation of the professional potential.

 

Stage IV – Selection and employment

The last stage of recruitment is the selection of the candidate who meets the requirements of the position to the highest degree and the final interview, where we provide the details of future cooperation. This is an opportunity to present mutual expectations, the scope of responsibilities and propose the terms of employment.
