You were not at home?

No problem! In case the GLS driver couldn’t deliver the parcel neither to you nor to a neighbour, delivery will be carried out at the GLS Parcel Shop next to you.

You receive a notification card informing you about the attempted delivery. Producing this card and your identification card you can pickup your parcel within 10 working days.
