- If you place your order by 12:30 and select "Same day delivery to Parcel Locker", you can pick up the parcel the same day at one of more than 450 GLS Parcel Lockers. Any of them can become your pickup point.

- Delivery to Parcel Locker (or PUDO points) is cheaper than classic delivery and at the same time more sustainable (fewer kilometers traveled for parcel delivery)

If the sender also included your e-mail in order for delivery, you will be notified one day before the scheduled delivery that you are able to redirect your parcel to GLS Parcel Locker (via a link). After redirection, you are going to receive a code to your e-mail, SMS or Viber. You will be able to pick up your parcel with this code.

Choose option: Pick up of the parcel, enter the code you received by e-mail, SMS or Viber message into the field: code. The door of the Parcel Locker where your parcel is being stored will open. Close the doors after you finish the process.

You can also make payment after the delivery at GLS Parcel Locker with a credit card. When you enter the pick-up code, Parcel Locker displays that payment is required for pick-up and asks if you want to continue. Click Continue, POS will be activated. Follow the instructions on the POS terminal - insert the card, enter the PIN. The transaction will take place and the drawer with your parcel will open.
